My Amazing Graduate and His Dream Come True

So this post is a few days overdue, but we have been CELEBRATING! Kev graduated from UVU with his bachelors degree in Exercise Science. This has been no small feat and he earned every second of every minute of this. I can't even begin to tell everyone how proud I am of all he accomplished. The list of everything he did for our family and the sacrifices he made could go on and on. I love him so much and more today for all he did for us. Thanks babe, for doing all you did and still being there for us.

The actual graduation was really nice. We had treats and games to occupy Ty and Jordo so when they weren't looking for Daddy, they weren't going crazy. And a BIG thanks to Kev's parents who were there and helped so much with the boys. That would have been interesting on my own.

The highlights: Kev's walk and my boys. Even Ty and Jordo knew how big of deal this was.

We wish there was something we could do to tell Mom and Dad how grateful we are for all their love and support. We definitely couldn't have done this without you.

And a big thanks to Kev's Grandma and Grandpa for coming to the graduation. They've also been a huge support down this long road. And they knew that this accomplishment deserved something great....

Many of you may have thought that the 'dream come true' was graduating college. Nope. That was a goal, but Kev's true dream has always been to have a fridge stocked with juice and yogurt. I sometimes buy yogurt for the boys, and for us, if it's on sale. And Kev always gets juice for holidays, because that's the only time he will let me buy it for him. Because of our student lifestyle, and budget, Kev has said those are luxuries that we need to wait to enjoy. (Just so you know, I don't love juice and yogurt enough to consider them luxuries, I am not deprived) And his wonderful grandparents thought college graduation was the perfect reason to fulfill Kev's dreams.
They came in while he was gone and stocked him good. And then left so he could find the surprise. (Asking him to put the mustard away seemed to be the only way I could get him to open the fridge)
I think he may have cried.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for making this one of the best days of his life. If Kev was posting, he may have put the best day, but since I have the power, I'll keep wedding and babies before juice and yogurt :)
Thanks to all our family and friends that did so much so. Your love and support means a lot and was always appreciated.

Congratulations! What a big step. It is even a bigger accomplishment when you do it with a little family along for the ride. Aren't grandparents the best?!
